Your peri/menopause journey is your own, but you're not alone.

Meet Mardi

Perimenopause surfaced gradually—aching joints, weight gain, mood swings, brain fog—until everything felt off. I blamed stress, aging, poor sleep—anything that made sense. But nothing explained the drained energy or mental fog, and no one around me had real answers.

So I went all in.

With nearly two decades of experience translating complex science into clear, actionable guidance in education and health advocacy, I turned that expertise toward my own hormonal journey. What I found was clear: women are not struggling because solutions don’t exist. We’re struggling because the science of peri/menopause and hormone health was never properly shared with us —and it is often misunderstood by those meant to support us.

That is what led me to create the 3rd P.

I’ve completed certified training through the International Menopause Society and the UK Menopause Education and Resource Fund, completed a mini‑fellowship in Women’s Health and Menopause with Harvard Medical School, the Confidence in Menopause program with Newson Education, and advanced training through a masterclass with Dr. Mary Claire Haver. This is built on a foundation of years of independent study and personal experience.—all building on years of extensive independent study and personal experience.

Hormone Health Educator & Guide in Peri/menopause

My mission is to help women build a real understanding of their hormone health and true literacy in hormone therapy—so they can make clear, informed decisions.

I translate complex science into plain language, explaining the physiology of this transition, connecting symptoms to what’s happening in the body, and bringing clarity to hormone therapy alongside the lifestyle factors that shape how you feel and function.

Through workshops, group sessions, and one-to-one consultations, I share clear, evidence-based information and practical strategies—so you understand the physiological changes happening at midlife, how they connect to your symptoms, your options around hormone therapy, and how to approach your health and medical conversations with clarity and confidence.

My work is grounded in translating the science clearly and accurately, reflecting the evidence that modern hormone therapy is a safe and viable option for most women, with benefits that often outweigh the risks when appropriately used—supporting both symptom relief and long-term health.

For generations, women were not properly educated about their hormones or hormone therapy. Much of the information shared was limited—when it was shared at all—and often incomplete or inaccurate. You deserve access to the science and evidence that supports you through peri/menopause—because informed women are capable of making clear, confident decisions about their health.

How We Work Together

You come to me for clarity and a better understanding of what’s happening in your body—your symptoms, your hormones, and hormone therapy.

We start by mapping your symptoms within your hormonal picture. From there, we connect what you’re experiencing to what’s happening hormonally, clarify how hormone therapy fits, and address the lifestyle foundations that influence your day-to-day experience.

You leave with clear, practical insight—so you can take the next steps.

Understanding your peri/menopause journey requires time and intention. Hormones shift, symptoms change, and the choices you make shape how you feel, function, and age.

These sessions bring together hormone physiology education, targeted lifestyle strategies, and guidance for navigating medical conversations and decisions—so you can move forward informed, knowing your options and deciding what’s right for you.

the 3rd P is for perimenopause

Puberty, pregnancy, and perimenopause—three defining stages in a woman’s reproductive life. But while puberty and pregnancy are acknowledged and supported, perimenopause remains the neglected 'P'—ignored, misunderstood, and dismissed, despite its powerful impact on the body, mind, and future health.

I created the 3rd P to change that. It’s about disrupting the silence and misinformation around perimenopause and giving women the answers they need. Perimenopause, our hormone health, and hormone therapy shouldn’t be mysteries. And while hormone therapy can be a valuable tool for many women, it’s only part of the equation. Your lifestyle choices as hormones shift are fundamental.

Too many women are left to figure it out alone—because the very people we’ve trusted to support us aren’t prepared. Most doctors aren’t trained to recognize, diagnose, or properly guide women through peri/menopause. Even many gynecologists lack a solid understanding of female hormone health and can’t offer informed guidance on hormone therapy during this stage. No matter where you are in the world, finding real, evidence-based support can feel frustrating—and at times, impossible.

Perimenopause can be challenging for so many women, but you don’t have to do it alone.

When women understand what’s happening in their bodies, the importance of hormones and the powerful role they play in how a woman thinks, feels and interacts in the worldthey’re empowered to make informed decisions, take control of their health, and live the life they deserve.

Women deserve better—real answers, real support, and real solutions.
